Dr. Jyotsna Jha (Director, Centre for Budget and Policy Studies, and Gulmakai Champion, Malala Fund) spoke and participated at the Consultative Meet of South Asia Regional Forum on Safe and Secure Education on 25 June 2018 held in India International Centre, New Delhi. She spoke at the session titled ‘Hearing the voices of regional networks/ bodies/ INGOs working for children, especially girls from marginalised/ oppressed groups’ which was chaired by Mr. Amitabh Behar, CEO, Oxfam India. It was organised by South Asia Regional Forum on Safe and Secure Education.
