We are happy to announce that the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies (CBPS) is co-hosting an event Reordering Development Priorities – Moving Away from Business as Usual with the Bangalore International Centre (BIC) for discussing the new publication titled “An Alternative Development Agenda for India”, written by Sanjay Kaul (Policy Analyst & Author, former Karnataka cadre IAS). The event will be held on 2nd of June 2023, Friday, at BIC campus from 6.30 – 8.00 p.m. Prof. M S Sriram (Professor, Centre for Public Policy, IIM, Bangalore), a CBPS Board member and Dr. Jyotsna Jha, the Director of CBPS, will be the two panelists along with others incuding Ms. Vandita Sharma, (Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka) and and Mr. G Gurucharam (Director, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences). The moderator of the session is Ms. Uma Mahadevan (ACS Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka).
