Vinod Vyasulu, founder of CBPS, will be chairing the Opening Plenary of the Convention on Budgetary Policies, Institutions and Processes: Continuity and Change. It will be held from 9.30 am to 10.45 am on 8 January 2015 at the India International Centre (IIC) (Multipurpose Hall). He will be speaking on some of the major changes in budgetary institutions and processes taking place under the new government at the Centre.
