2. Effectiveness of SMCs.
3. Role and function of SMCs
4. The extent of their functionality
5. Level of understanding of their roles and responsibilities
6. Extent of advancement in their knowledge about finance and audit and its proper use
7. Effectiveness of SMC training
8. Suggestion to improve the function of SMC
