The Institute of Social Studies Trust (ISST) approached the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies (CBPS) to evaluate an online course titled "Facilitating Gender Transformative Evaluations," which ISST has been conducting since 2018. The online module aimed to enhance the capacities of evaluators and development practitioners by providing resources and tools that deepened their understanding of evaluation through a feminist lens. CBPS reviewed all resources and tools, including course content and internal reports, to understand the course's objectives and procedural details. The team conducted interviews with course coordinators, convenors, mentors, and participants to gather insights into the process, challenges faced, and knowledge gained from the course. The evaluation's output was a report assessing the efficacy of the online module and offering insights and recommendations for its next phase. The report will be made available on request.
